Fully-Automatic Strapping Tool

A fully automatic strapping machine is a dynamic machine that provides a boost to your packaging line. These machines can be either hooked to an assembly line or can be operated individually. The SP-0860CAT is a fully automatic strapping machine with rollers installed for easy movement of boxes. The machine is suitable for PP (polypropylene) straps and has a monolithic integrated circuit and OPL control.

Steel Strapping Tensioner

The S300 is a heavy duty windlass tensioner used extensively for steel strapping. It simply winds one end of the strapping around a slotted windlass shaft. Packagers use it mainly for steel strapping and pre-cut their straps to desired lengths.
The SP-H300 is a steel strap cutter used in combination with steel tensioners and sealers. The tool is best suited for cutting steel straps with thickness up to 1mm. The handle is made from high-quality carbon that provides long lasting life to the cutters.

Stretch Wrapping Machine

Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine using Stretch Wrap (Pallet Wrap) Film, has long been recognized as one of the best methods of securing a load to a pallet. Pallet Wrapping with Stretch Wrap Film reduces the risk of a palletized load getting damaged in transit. Pallet Wrapping diminishes the risk of returns. A load is placed on a pallet, and then Stretch Wrap Film is wrapped around the load and the pallet, thus securing the load to the pallet.
